Financial Intelligence & Control

From financial signals to governed action.

TILSY connects financial information with structured evaluation, informed decisions and accountable follow-through.

A signal becomes a decision point

Context before action.

Human review
Signal → evaluation → decision

Financial signals. Clear context. Controlled decisions.

A connected perspective

Finance has the data.
The next step needs context.

An unusual movement is only a starting point. Understanding its significance, deciding who should review it and documenting the response gives that signal meaning.

See what matters.

Bring observations, risk and financial context into the same perspective.

Make the decision clear.

Connect an assessment with responsibility and an explicit human decision.

Keep the story intact.

Carry the reasoning forward into documented follow-up and history.

The TILSY product family

Attention. Decisions. Accountable follow-through.

Three complementary perspectives on financial control. Start with the signal, give the decision context and keep the next step connected.

TILSY Monitor

Know what needs attention.

Bring financial reporting, observations and risk into one perspective. Understand what changed, why it matters and where to look next.

  • Financial reports and period comparisons
  • Observations with financial context
  • Risk and materiality to support prioritisation

Financial observation

A movement worth reviewing.

Compare the period. Understand the source. Assess the significance.

An observation starts a review. Its significance needs context.

TILSY Control

Decide with confidence.

Connect a recommendation with the people responsible for reviewing it. Keep the decision, its reasoning and the documented follow-up together.

  • Recommendations and human review
  • Approval or rejection with responsibility
  • Documented follow-up and decision history
Keep the next step accountable

Turn decisions into action.

The next step in the TILSY direction: controlled workflows that carry an authorised decision into execution, with defined boundaries and a record of the outcome.

  • Planned: policy-based workflows and agents
  • Planned: controlled execution and writeback
  • Planned: a traceable execution record

Automated execution and writeback are not available yet.

The TILSY approach

One connected path.
Control throughout.

A financial control layer brings signals, assessments, decisions and follow-up together. Each step should make the next one understandable.

  1. 01

    Connect

    Bring financial information into context.

    Monitor
  2. 02

    Observe

    Identify what deserves attention.

    Monitor
  3. 03

    Evaluate

    Consider risk, materiality and policy.

    Control
  4. 04

    Control

    Keep decisions within defined authority.

    Control
  5. 05

    Act

Document follow-up today. Governed execution is planned.

    Automate · planned
  6. 06

    Audit

Keep the reasoning and history connected.

    Control

Every step should have a clear owner, a reason and a record.

Security & governance

Clear access.
Defined responsibility.

Financial control depends on knowing who can see the information, who can decide and how that decision is recorded.

01

Identity before access.

Microsoft Entra sign-in establishes the user’s identity. Access to financial information depends on the permissions assigned in TILSY.

02

Responsibility has a scope.

Company and role permissions define who can review information and make a decision. Approvals belong to a specific company and case.

03

A decision stays explicit.

Recommendations lead to human review. Approval, rejection and documented follow-up remain distinct steps, with a record of responsibility.

Control in practice

Changes to follow-up records are checked against company access, user role and the current record version. A review decision does not automatically change financial entries.

Auditability

The reasoning matters.
Keep it connected.

A decision is easier to understand when its context travels with it. TILSY connects observations, assessments, decisions and documented follow-up.

Traceability
Keep the case and its financial context together.
Accountability
Record who made the decision and when.
Continuity
Retain changes and follow-up history as the review progresses.
One connected decision trail

  1. Observation

The financial context that starts the review.

  2. Assessment

    Risk, materiality and the recommendation.

  3. Decision

Human approval or rejection, with an identified decision-maker.

  4. Follow-up

    Responsibility, conclusion and supporting documentation.

Decision history supports review. It is not a claim of an external audit or certification.

Financial source integration

Microsoft
Business Central.

Planned integration

The planned connection brings Business Central financial data into TILSY’s control and decision process. Source selection is scoped to the company, so each review can retain its financial reference.

The API/OData connection is not available yet. Automated posting and writeback are not part of the current offering.
